In conjunction with your insurance broker, NZI Marine is committed to providing you with the best cover possible for your marine business. The agreed value cover of Watermarque Commercial Hull has been designed to give you the protection you want. In fact, your Watermarque Commercial Hull insurance policy can be tailored to meet your specific business needs. if you own a new production craft, we will cover you for its replacement value until it is 3 years of age*, including cover for your sails, outboard motors and protective covers. After that, you will still receive cover up to an agreed value. Plus, should you buy additional items, such as a dinghy or communications equipment, whilst you are insured with us, you will be automatically covered for those items until your next renewal (providing they cost under $25,000 and represent less than 25% of the sum insured).

Your Watermarque Commercial Hull insurance is not just insurance for your vessel. As well as the standard cover you would expect, we also cover many other costs that may be incurred in the event of an accident, including:
- Emergency towing costs following a breakdown up to$2,500 per year
- Costs incurred in returning your craft to its home port or normal place of storage, following any repairs required as a result of a claim up to $2,500 per year
- Up to 10% of the sum insured in the event of a total loss, for removal of the wreckage to a landfill or similar site
- Mishaps involving your boat trailer, whether it is locked or not. Please note that if it is unattended and not locked, an additional excess of $2,000 applies
- Any medical expenses incurred by the master and crew(up to $1,500 per person) on board the craft, should they suffer injury as a result of a loss to the craft
